Warren has been practicing Human Resources
at an exempt level for over 20 years. He broke into HR as a recruiter. He did technical recruiting, professional level recruiting as well as light industrial and administrative recruiting for the first 7 years of his career. In this time initially earned his PHR certification and later his SPHR certification.
Wanting to broaden his experience Warren sough out various generalist, manager and director opportunities in a wide range of fields including: an accounting firm, a law firm, a hospital, a university and a water park. Each giving it’s own unique experiences over the last 14 years.
Currently Warren is a HR Manager for an Engineering and Technology company and is certified by exam as a SHRM-SCP.
Beyond HR, Warren was a baseball umpire for 15 years and worked his way up to the NCAA D-II post-season. He hopes to return to umpiring in the not too distant future.
